ANNUAL FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FEE:   The NON-REFUNDABLE­ fee of $45.00 (includes tax) is due upon registration and stays effective for one calendar year.    This fee remains the same regardless of the number of immediate family members enrolled at U.G.I.   *Families with sibling(s) in the U.G.I. Team Program are still required to pay this fee.

CLASS TUITION: CLASS TUITION IS DUE IN FULL ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.   A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE FIRST CLASS.  AN ADDITIONAL  $15.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE SECOND CLASS.

RECREATIONAL TEAM TUITION: PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE THE 1^STOF THE MONTH. A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FROM THE 1^ST TO THE 5^TH OF THE MONTH.  AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FROM THE 6^TH TO THE 15^TH OF THE MONTH. 

*FAMILY DISCOUNT*:   U.G.I. greatly appreciates the fact that many of our families have more than one student registered at our facility.   Families­ who register two or more children will receive a $10.00 DISCOUNT off the lowest tuition.   Families who register three or more children will receive­ a $10.00 DISCOUNT off all tuitions with the exception of the tuition for the gymnast at the highest level.   Please contact the office for further clarification.

UNIFORM:   Preschoolers, Cheerleaders and Trampoline & Tumbling are to wear athletic attire which will allow maximum movement.   For the Recreational Gymnastics Class Program, girls are to wear a leotard and athletic shorts if they choose.   Boys are to wear a T-shirt tucked into athletic shorts without zippers, buckles or snaps.   All students are to have their hair tied securely off of their shoulders and out of their eyes, barefoot and no jewelry.   Gum and candy are not permitted in the gym.

MAKE-UP POLICY: U.G.I. allows and encourages make-ups if classes have or will be missed.   When scheduling a make-up for your child, please stop by the office to pick up a make-up pass which will be presented to the instructor at the time of the make-up class.   Without the pass, your child will not be permitted to join the class that day.   Scheduling make-ups is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.   No monetary reimbursement is available for classes not made up.

REFUND POLICY:   A   refund of the tuition less the deposit and registration fee may be requested prior to the start of the session.   Tuition refunds are not available after the first day of the session.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS :   In the event that it becomes necessary­ for U.G.I. to cancel classes due to inclement weather, the telephone recording at the gym will be changed to reflect the appropriate cancellation ( 777-9430 ).   Also, listen to the local radio and television stations for announcements.   Make-ups will be scheduled at a later date.
