Q:

Can I pay over the phone or online?

A:

You may pay over the phone if you are currently enrolled.

A: You have unlimited make-ups that must occur during the current session.

Q: How are cancellations from inclement weather handled?
A: You will receive a handout in your next class with times for your make-up. Please listen to the radio and tv news stations for cancellations.  You may also call Universal's voice mail for information.

Q: What if my child is unable to finish the session due to injury or illness?
A: You will receive a prorated credit toward a future class.

Q: Can a new student try a class before signing up?
A: Yes.  Please call the office to schedule your child in an appropriate class.
